Veletic provides an AI-powered API service for real-time fraud detection in short messages. Our Service analyzes message content to identify potential fraud, scams, and malicious content.

3. Account Registration and Access

3.1 Account Requirements

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
You must have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or API keys.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

Detect fraud and malicious content in messages
Protect your users from scams and phishing attempts

5. API Usage and Quotas

API access is subject to usage limits based on your subscription plan

Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

9. Fees and Payment

Fees are based on your subscription plan and usage
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
Late payments may result in service suspension
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELETIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veletic from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Term and Termination

13.1 Term

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service.

13.2 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

13.3 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

13.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data retention is subject to our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands
Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands
We encourage good-faith negotiation before legal action

16. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Veletic regarding the Service.

16.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16.3 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
